| The MCA Trained Workforce is Better for Commercial Projects
The tragic Chicago Loop fire in 2003 could have been prevented if the building had been fitted with a sprinkler system.
According to OSHA , fires and explosions in the workplace kill 200 people and injure more than 5,000 annually. Having a sprinkler system in place greatly reduces the likelihood of such tragic statistics.
But, a sprinkler system only works as well as it is installed. That's why the Pipe Trades has a dedicated apprenticeship program specifically for educating sprinklerfitters. Apprentices spend four to five years and thousands of hours on the job perfecting their craft - promising you the most skilled craftspeople available.
When it comes to saving lives, there should be no compromises. Not in fire protection systems and not in the craftspeople who install them.
The Pipe Trades and MCA contractors who hire them have proof that they are the best in the industry because they have the best training in the industry. And that's a promise!
